Who We Are
SolianIQ surfaces measurement-based structural and biomechanical risk intelligence from standardized equine imagery to support pre-purchase due diligence and decision making. We hope you value an input that helps to protect your capital.
- Deviation Summary — measured geometry, highlighting strengths and deviations
- Structural interpretation — explains how deviations are expected to impact work under load
- Compounded analysis — identifies where deviations and load compound to amplify overall risk
- Auditability — traceability from input image to report output
- Non-clinical: no veterinary/medical diagnosis or advice
- No buy/sell calls: reports are decision-support inputs
- Honest uncertainty: partial outputs are flagged when inputs limit reliability
How We Work
Applications
1) Foundational- pre-purchase decision support
“Looks athletic. Scopey. Strong shoulders.” Clean vet report. You make the purchase, then pre-training reveals that structure doesn’t tolerate load - sounds familiar? SolianIQ was created for this type of scenario, we:
- Translate subjective adjectives into measured geometry
- Identify structural positives supporting durability
- Surface deviations that can become costly under load
2) Advanced- pre-purchase + underwriting decision support
Buyers get a deeper view of structural exposure. Insurers get disciplined, auditable inputs and outputs with traceable documentation.
- Deviation summary + derived load indicators
- Clear strengths + contraindicators
- Auditability framing for documentation workflows
3) Horses-in-training- structural diagnostic decision support
When performance patterns don’t make sense, you can have clean vet exams yet no structural explanation. SolianIQ provides a structural lens without clinical conclusions.
- Measurement-based structural profile
- Load-concentration indicators derived from structure
- Monitoring focus areas (non-clinical)
4) Breeding- structural risk decision support
Structural deviations can be amplified in offsprings. A stallion and a mare sharing similiar undesirable deviations could ensure amplification. SolianIQ helps to quantify structural deviations and compensatory strengths to surface compounding risks.
- Deviation mapping for each parent
- Compounding vs offset analysis
- Breeder-friendly documentation

1) What does SolianIQ mean by “surfaces risk”?
It means we identify and present measurable structural and biomechanical risk signals that are easy to miss until training load exposes them. “Surfacing” is about making latent exposure visible early, using standardized imagery and consistent measurement.
2) What is Structural and Biomechanical Risk Intelligence?
It is measurement-based analytical output derived from equine structural geometry and biomechanical alignment. Risk intelligence indicates relative load concentration, deviation from internally defined reference baselines, and potential structural stress exposure. It reflects exposure and susceptibility based on structure. It does not constitute veterinary, medical, or clinical diagnostic advice.
3) Does SolianIQ analyze only Thoroughbreds?
Right now, we are optimized for Thoroughbreds because the racing industry has standardized imagery for commercial auctions. We can evaluate any horse if the uploaded images mirror the standardized pose and framing shown on this site.
4) How does this compare to traditional conformation analysis?
Traditional conformation analysis is often judgment and expert-based. SolianIQ is measurement-based, and we produce deviation summaries and downstream risk intelligence derived from those measurements. What we do complement—not replace—traditional conformation expertise.
5) Do you provide veterinary, medical or any clinical diagnosis?
No. SolianIQ does not provide veterinary, medical or other clinical diagnosis or advice. Reports are decision-support tools designed to supplement—not replace—professional judgment and veterinary evaluation.
6) Does structural and biomechanical risk always become issues?
No. Risk intelligence indicates exposure and susceptibility—not certainty. Outcomes often depend on workload, surface, training progression, farriery, management, and individual adaptation. The main point of surfacing risk early is to support better risk mitigation decisions before load converts exposure into problems.
7) Do you use Artificial Intelligence?
Yes. SolianIQ uses AI-driven processing under human governance and oversight.
8) What is the Deviation Summary?
The Deviation Summary is the report’s foundation: measured geometry compared to reference baselines. It includes both strengths and deviations. Interpretation and higher-level outputs are built from this layer.
9) What is Compounded analysis?
Compounded analysis highlights where multiple deviations and alignment factors combine in a way that amplifies overall risks under load. It focuses on combinations that matter—rather than treating every deviation in isolation.
10) What happens if my image is not suitable?
If the image materially fails suitability requirements, SolianIQ may be unable to generate a report or may generate partial outputs. When a report cannot be generated due to suitability failure, the fee is refunded.
11) Why only a left-side image right now?
The left-side standardized auction-style still image is the most common standardized view in the current market. The platform is designed to expand to additional views and video workflows as reliability increases.
12) How does SolianIQ differ from “opinions” or subjective reports?
SolianIQ is measurement-based, objective, and auditable. The goal is consistent outputs from the same input under the same configuration, with traceability from input through report generation.
13) Can I mitigate structural and biomechanical risks once they are surfaced?
Surfacing risks pre-purchase gives you the absolute best chance to identify and determine whether you want to "own" the types of risks surfaced by SolianIQ. Pre-purchase risk indentification also gives you the best chance to plan mitigation strategies with your team before training load accumulates - should you choose to invest capital. A mitigation strategy, if required, is tailored for each horse's specific risk intelligence findings.
